Reservation Refund & Cancellation Policy


Effective Date: January 2025

Thank you for choosing Sip and Swing Adventures (DBA for) Modern Wave Services Ltd. for your booking needs. We understand that plans can change, and we are here to help you navigate our policies with ease. Please review our return and refund policy for online reservations below.

1. Reservation Changes and Cancellations

We offer flexibility for most reservations. However, please note that the terms and conditions for changes and cancellations may vary depending on the service or experience booked. Please refer to the specific details of your reservation for any exceptions.

Cancellation Policy:

  • [5] days or more before your reservation date: Full refund or credit for a future booking (subject to availability).
     
  • Less than [5] days before your reservation date: A [20]% cancellation fee may apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded or credited.
     
  • Within [24] hours of your reservation: No refund or credit, unless otherwise stated.
     

Changes to Reservation:

  • You may modify your reservation up to [5] days before your scheduled date without a fee. Changes made within [5] days of your reservation may be subject to a fee of [15]% of the total booking amount.
     

2. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your reservation without prior notice, no refunds or credits will be issued. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend, and we may be able to reschedule or assist with alternatives based on availability. Our driver will make 3 attempts to contact you upon arrival at the address provided for pickup and may wait for upto 30 minutes before deeming your reservation as a No-Show.


3. Special Circumstances and Exceptions

In the event of extenuating circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies, natural disasters), we will review requests on a case-by-case basis. If applicable, we may offer a partial or full refund or allow a rescheduling of your reservation, depending on the nature of the situation.

4. Refund Process

Once your cancellation or modification request is processed, we will notify you via email with the status of your refund or credit. Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within [15] business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Items and Services

Some services or experiences may be non-refundable under specific terms, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized bookings
     
  • Special events or tickets that are non-transferable or non-refundable
     
  • Gift certificates or vouchers
     
  • Bookings made during peak seasons or promotional periods (unless otherwise specified)
